At Boorun, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Time Frame: You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return.
  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
  • Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items)
  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at support@boorun.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive Authorization: Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Ship Item: Send your item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Please include the RMA number on the package. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

4. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

  • Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
  • Processing Time: The refund may take up to 10 business days to process, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at support@boorun.com.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Exceptions: If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund only if the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.
